1 On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. 2 They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3 but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. 4 While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. 5 In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? 6 He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: 7 ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’ ” 8 Then they remembered his words. Splash Day, Fun Day!

We had a day o temps in the high 80's. We invited our friends over and had ourselves a splash day, fun day! The weather was perfect and we had a blast!!! Daddy and Mami even got a little sunburned!

Todd Family Zoo Trip

We had a beautiful day so decided to take the boys to the zoo. We had a great time:) Fell in love with the Lion Cubs!!! here are a couple of pics from our day.

Don't fret people! Eddie did not lift him up. He just held him:)Vince wanted in on the action But he wanted to do it by himself the cute little cubs. I want one! got to watch an orangutan cross. look at the dreads in motion love the pensive look of gorillas my 3 boys:) the panda was being shy....

My Mad Scientist

I found this dinosaur egg at Michael's and had to start science projects with Sebastian. Here is The Mad Scientist and the night we started the hatching process. after 48 hrs we saw the dinosaur breaking out!!!

The Wisdom of a 3 Year Old

As the storm clouds rolled in this morning, Eddie took the opportunity to talk to Sebastian about rain and thunder and such. They were discussing about how rain comes from the clouds and the sound thunder makes. Sebastian replies: "Thunder hurts the Clouds ears."

Medical Updates

In order of occurrence My Mom: is well on her road of recovery post stroke. She has moved into her own place and has just started physical, occupational, and memory therapy. We miss her very much- especially Sebastian. Guita does not get any rest when she comes and visit cause Sebastian does not want to let her out of his sight. He protests when she is leaving and asks her to move back in:) My Dad: Responded well to radiation and hormone therapies. He is done with radiation and gets his hormone treatment quarterly via shot. He continues his road to remission in NC. Eddie: Is a week out of surgery. This time around has been harder on him. He is still really sore, stiff, and his throat is still really sore. He is resting and taking it easy watching TV and movies in his newly remodeled man cave with his mini me, Sebastian.
