Sebastian's Request

This past weekend I had a very busy social schedule... so not the norm these days! After the absence of mami for most of the weekend this was his request to me as I was getting him ready for bed. S: Mami, I don;t want you to see your friends again. M: What? S: Don't' leave. I Want you to stay here. M: But Mami always comes back. Sometimes Mami just needs to see her friends. S: I just really love you. M: I just really love you , too!

Craft Talk

It is time to make dinner. To keep Sebastian occupied I offer him an opportunity to use his scissors and practice cutting paper. The following is the notes of the evening as best as I can remember.
Mami: Sebastian, do you want to make a craft with your scissors?
Sebastian: YEAH! I like to use my scissors and cut snap, snap! I cut snap, snap like a crocodile snap, snaps the kids. (Using hands like a crocodile mouth)
M: Who goes snap, snap?
S: The crocodiles on the kids!

St. Patty's Day Party

Our little troop of leprechauns got together to celebrate the day of green! 6 kids 3 and under!! Yes a little insane, but a lot of fun! We started the festivities with a great bubble machine....

that got moved out onto the deck for much needed sunshine!
while the kids played I made our green cupcakes for dessert!
Okay 2and 3 year olds... lets play keep the balloon in the air.
